MWA Philosophy

MWA begins with the philosophy of focusing on the other person. Whether that person is a hiring manager, a client, or a major donor, the emphasis on them versus us is very important. Others want value, performance, reliability and results, to name a few. MWA sets its clients up to meet these needs at the outset. Carefully demonstrating credibility in the first meeting leads to a lasting relationship. Bottom line is MWA works with its clients so they can develop successful and prosperous relationships, not transactions. Transaction philosophy tends to penetrate and populate many businesses and activities. It seems to be natural in our culture, so we work with our clients to be intentional about true relationship building no matter how counter cultural it seems at times.

MWA Strategy

MWA strategy finds its success in following a well-implemented and adopted philosophy. Once our clients embrace the unique philosophy, they are ready to undertake and implement a knockout strategy. At the heart of the MWA strategy lies an acceptance of human nature and psychological behavior of most people. For instance, the strategy of warm calling replaces the cold call by tapping into the fact that “everyone loves to buy but no one wants to be sold.” The strategy of getting in front of people and always be asking for advice will create chemistry and rapport very quickly as we will be as enthusiastic about their advice as they are about being asked. This strategy is beautifully executed through a masterfully designed methodology that has been proven and successful for over 30 years.

MWA Proven Methodology

Many organizations and individuals have acceptable philosophies and strategies. Let’s call that “we know what we want to do and where we want to go.” MWA has found through meetings, networking, panel discussions and conferences that the stumbling block to success is in the methodology. Clearly put, “as we stand at point A we know where point B is, but we are having trouble getting there.” Proven methodology is the only answer. At MWA we believe we have the best methodology for acquiring donors, clients and career moves. Using carefully crafted templates and sample scripts, we show our clients how they can become so comfortable with their narrative that all energy is focused on building a relationship and not on second guessing what they will say in subsequent meetings. The MWA proven methodology incorporates philosophy and strategy with the existing mission and vision of its clients and delivers predictable results early and often.
